  Don't have Pollo Tropical where I live so I look forward to it when I'm passing through. The service here was awful. I waited at the front counter for someone to show up and when she finally did, she just looked at me. The food was prepared "for here" though I wanted it "to go". I was never asked. There were several people working but I had to get someone's attention to prepare my order to go. The food was still tasty but a very disappointing experience overall.
